中国科协自 2018 年开始，持续组织开展重大科技问题难题征集发布活动。2026 年活动，从前沿性、引领性、创新性、战略性四个方面严格把关，经过严谨规范的审读、评议、投票等程序，最终选出 10 个前沿科学问题、10 个工程技术难题和 10 个产业技术问题，为持续产出原创性、颠覆性科技成果树立“风向标”。
