Japanese AI company Sakana AI has released the Fugu Cyber model, specifically designed for
cybersecurity. The model achieved a success rate of 86.9% in the CyberGym benchmark and 72.1% in the CTI-REALM test, outperforming OpenAI GPT-5.5-Cyber and Anthropic Claude Mythos-Preview. Fugu Cyber is a multi-agent system packaged as a single API.
