Mobileye founder Amnon Shashua plans to resign as the company's CEO, and the board will start a
headhunting process to select a new CEO. After stepping down, Shashua will continue to serve on the board and become chairman, responsible for long-term technology trends and innovation opportunities, including advancing the company's humanoid robot business.
