该公开信共有 3 页，包括英伟达、微软、Meta、IBM、戴尔科技、Palantir 和 Hugging Face 在内的 25 家公司共同签署。黄仁勋表示：“ 世界需要前沿闭源模型，也需要前沿开源模型。”

黄仁勋在倡议中指出 ，AI 模型蒸馏等开源衍生技术和早年开源软件运动逻辑一脉相承 ，是行业创新根基，不能与非法盗用闭源模型技术混为一谈。
