Cainiao has launched the 'Global 3-Day Delivery' service, achieving door-to-door delivery within 3
calendar days after placing an order on 15 key cross-border routes between China and Europe, Pan-European countries, and Middle Eastern countries. It can also be connected with the 'Global 5-Day Delivery' service covering 14 countries and regions worldwide. This service relies on the global fulfillment network, including the AI-automated South China Super Center Warehouse, approximately 170 charter flights per week, and over 2,300 trucking routes. Taking a 0.5 kg small package to Europe as an example, the price per shipment is less than half that of international express services.

根据官方介绍，过去，72 小时送达全球只有高价国际快递够得着，中小卖家用不起；如今，这道门槛被拉进跨境电商的标准产品序列，全球跨境物流 迈入“以小时计”的新阶段 。
目前，菜鸟已经在 中国至欧洲、泛欧国家间及中东国家间等 15 条跨境核心线路 上，实现了消费者 下单后 3 个自然日门到门送达 ，该服务还可与已覆盖全球 14 个国家和地区的“全球 5 日达”衔接。
干线上，菜鸟每周约 170 架次包机包板、超 2300 条卡班线路，香港 eHub 货站出库即交航，保障旺季不甩货；
关务上，依托海外 eHub 与 100 多个口岸的智能清关，实现关仓一体、前置申报、通关不滞留；
值得一提的是，以 0.5 公斤欧洲小包为例，“三日达”单票价格 不到国际快递服务的一半 。
菜鸟 2017 年前就开始构建全球智慧物流网络，并推出跨境快递标准产品“5 美元 （IT之家注：现汇率约合 33.8 元人民币） 10 日达”。2023 年 9 月，菜鸟联合速卖通首次推出“全球五日达”跨境快线产品，覆盖英国、西班牙、荷兰等国家。2024 年 10 月，“全球 5 日达”国际快递产品扩展至 14 个国家：https://www.ithome.com/0/801/429.htm，新增意大利、波兰、日本等国，5 日达“包邮区”加速覆盖欧、美、亚三大洲。
