Today, Aixin Yuanzhi launched two M9 series 5nm intelligent driving chips: the flagship M97 and the

mainstream M95. The M97 integrates 720 TOPS equivalent AI computing power and 16 Arm Cortex-A78AE cores, while the M95 integrates 360 TOPS equivalent AI computing power and 10 identical cores. Both chips meet AEC-Q100 automotive-grade certification, with end-to-end and VLA model performance significantly outperforming industry standards, reducing ISP channel latency by 70%.

这两款产品满足 AEC-Q100 车规认证，内置 ASIL-D 片内锁步安全岛， 芯片整体达到 ASIL-B 等级 ，支持双芯片冗余配置。

M97 定位“ 旗舰级高阶智驾 / 舱驾感知一体算力平台 ”。其拥有 16 个 Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU 核心，算力 400KDMIPS；集成 720TOPS 等效 AI 算力；自研 ISP 支持 16 路摄像头接入，吞吐量达 4.5G Pixels/s；集成 CVA 前处理单元；等效内存带宽达 460GB/s。

M95 则是“ 一段式端到端方案最佳算力平台 ”。其拥有 10 个 Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU 核心，算力 257KDMIPS；集成 360TOPS 等效 AI 算力；自研 ISP 支持 14 路摄像头接入，吞吐量达 2.6G Pixels/s；集成 CVA 前处理单元；等效内存带宽达 260GB/s。

M97、M95 的端到端、VLA 模型表现显著优于行业水平，ISP 通路延时降低了 70%。
