He stated that this year, AI talent recruitment on the Maimai platform has grown 7.9 times, and three to four out of ten job openings are related to AI; entry-level talent in foundational models can have annual salaries of several million to even tens of millions of yuan, and people who can use AI are two to three times more productive than those who cannot.
