NVIDIA is considering collaborating with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in AI data center technology,
aiming to integrate Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' cooling systems and energy management technologies into NVIDIA's next-generation data centers. NVIDIA positions its next-generation AI data center as an "AI factory" and plans to build it together with global partners. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is also designing the next-generation data center "DIAVAULT," designed specifically for AI, and is actively developing and validating liquid cooling systems for data centers.

IT之家从原报道获悉，英伟达正将其下一代 AI 数据中心定位为“人工智能工厂”，并计划与全球合作伙伴共同建立这些工厂。与此同时，三菱重工也在设计专为 AI 而生的下一代数据中心“DIAVAULT”，并积极开发、验证数据中心液冷系统。
