IT之家：https://www.ithome.com/ 7 月 15 日消息，据“腾讯”公众号，腾讯今天宣布启动“青云计划”2027 校园招聘，面向 2026 年 1 月至 2027 年 12 月毕业的本、硕、博学生进行公开招募。

据介绍，该计划聚焦大语言模型 ·NLP，多模态 · 视觉 · 语音，智能体 · 强化学习等六大技术领域。号称是“腾讯面向全球顶尖技术学子的人才专项”，通过提供定制化培养方案，开放核心业务实战与前瞻技术课题，支持青年人才深度参与前沿课题与核心任务。

腾讯表示，公司将为入选学生提供匹配实力的顶级薪酬，“实习生也有机会享受正式员工的工资待遇”，工作岗位覆盖北上广深及美国、新加坡、英国、荷兰多地。

“青云计划”是腾讯面向顶尖技术学生的人才专项，于 2023 年 9 月首次启动，旨在全球范围内招募和培养互联网科技人才。

在 2025 年 4 月，腾讯宣布启动史上最大就业计划，其中将“青云计划”作为招聘专项，并明确将大模型作为投入力度最大的关键领域。

除校招外，腾讯在 2025 年 10 月还启动了面向硕博生的“青云奖学金”，为获奖者提供 20 万元现金奖励和 30 万元算力支持，并有机会进入腾讯实习或就业。

腾讯在 2024 年 8 月启动 2025 校招时，已将面向人群的毕业时间范围从一年拓宽至两年，覆盖了 2024 年 1 月至 2025 年 12 月毕业的学生。
